Art. 10 of Law No. 675/1996 (the "Act") provides that the processing of personal data is preceded by the above entity to which the data relate.
In relation to the processing of your personal data by the Motomail SAS, based in Turin, Via Nole 55, please consider the following:
The collection and processing will be carried out by Motomail sas with the following purposes:

  • Object, in whole or in part, the processing of data relating to you, for purposes of commercial information, sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the holder of opportunity to freely exercise that right.

Controller of personal data under the Law is Motomail SAS, based in Turin, Via Nole 55 against which you can exercise your rights requirements of Sect. 13 of the Law.
